2010年浙江省火电厂热控系统考核故障原因分析与建议

摘要(Abstract):

2010年浙江省火电厂与热控专业有关的机组跳闸的原因主要是控制系统软(硬)件故障、现场设备故障、维护不当和控制逻辑不完善。要减少热控系统故障,应重视热控系统可靠性措施、控制系统逻辑和管理流程的完善。提出了2011年减少热控系统故障的预防措施,供各电厂检修维护时参考。
The main causes of unit tripping related to instrument and control(I&C) system in thermal power plants in Zhejiang province in 2010 include the faults of software and hardware of control system,faults of on-site equipments,inappropriate maintenance and imperfection of control logic.In order to reduce the faults of the I&C system,importance should be attached to the improvement of reliability measures,control logic and management workflow.This paper proposes the preventive measures to decrease faults of the system in 2011 and can serve as a reference for repair and maintenance in power plants.
