600MW燃煤机组脱硝工程设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

对SCR脱硝系统的烟气脱硝装置布置方案及脱硝装置对锅炉主机和辅机的影响等进行了深入的研究。并将研究成果应用于浙江国华宁海电厂4号机组脱硝工程中,解决了大型电站机组加装脱硝装置后对机组系统及设备影响的一系列问题。实际运行情况和性能试验结果表明,脱硝工程主系统和辅助系统设计合理,运行平稳、安全可靠,各项性能测试值都十分优良。
This paper reasearches flue gas denitrification plant layout and installation of De-NOX SCR system and the impact to boiler. The research results were used in Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power Plant Unit No.4 denitrification project,and solved a series of problems after installing denitrification systems and equipments. The actual operation and performance test results showed that to denitrification system was stable,safe,reliable,and performance tests were good.
