摘要(Abstract):

AVC系统是实现电力系统无功功率及电压自动控制的重要一环。结合台州发电厂AVC子站系统的建设,介绍了发电厂侧AVC子站的基本原理和实现方案,阐述了系统各组成部分的功能,分析了实现发电厂电压自动控制所采取的主要控制及保护策略。
Automatic Voltage Control(AVC) system is an important means to achieve automatic control of reactive power and voltage in power systems.Combined with the construction of AVC substation in Taizhou Power Plant,this paper introduces the basic principles and implementation scheme of the AVC substation on power plant side,elaborates the functions of every component of the system,and analyzes the main control and protection strategy to achieve automatic control of voltage in power plants.
