摘要(Abstract)：

IEC 60870-5-101规约在变电站与调度端的远方通信中得到了广泛的应用,但在工程应用过程中,由于变电站和调度端对标准的理解不一致,会出现一些问题,给调试带来困难。依据华东电网应用细则,例举了在调试过程中遇到的实际问题,提出了解决办法,对IEC 60870-5-101协议的应用具有一定的借鉴作用。
IEC 60870-5-101 is used widely in distance communication between substation and control center. But there were some questions in engineering because of variant comprehension of standard. According to detailed application rules in Huadong power grid,this paper introduces some actual problems in debugging process and analyses corresponding measures. It may provide beneficial references on application of IEC 60870-5-101.
