从一起雷暴事故看继电保护的优化
Optimization of Relay Protection Based on Lightning Strike Accident

摘要(Abstract):

通过对某500 kV变电站因雷暴引起的220 kV正、副Ⅰ段母线全部失压事故分析,介绍了故障发展及其继电保护动作的过程,对合理地优化继电保护设计进行了探讨,提出增设220 kV断路器断口击穿保护、220 kV失灵保护智能化跳闸方式等继电保护改进方案。
Through the analysis on the lightning strike accident which happened in a 500 kV substation and led to complete loss of voltage of the 220 kV primary and secondary SectionⅠbusbars,this paper introduces the fault development and relay protection action.The design of reasonable optimization of relay protection is discussed and the improvement scheme of adding the 220 kV breaker fracture breakdown protection and intelligent tripping method of the 220 kV failure protection is put forward.
