摘要(Abstract):

锅炉给水泵汽轮机速关阀无法正常开启的故障严重影响了机组的正常运行。通过分析速关阀的结构、控制原理,并经过多次试验找到了故障的原因是危急保安装置和油动机内漏量变大,采取了延长电磁阀动作时间的措施消除了设备的故障。
Quick-closing valve of boiler feed-water pump turbine which is unable to normally open affects the normal operation of units severely.Trough the analysis on the structure and control principles of quick-closing valve,the fault cause is identified after a great number of tests as increasing internal leakage of emergency security device and hydraulic servomotor.And the measure of extending the action time of electromagnetic valves is adopted to eliminate the equipment fault.
