摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了近年来在火电基建调试中采取的一些节能措施,从借助外部条件及内部挖潜两大方面进行了阐述,重点介绍了不带循环水泵进行机组分系统调试的技术。
This paper introduces some methods for energy conservation during capital construction commissioning in thermal power plants in recent years.It elaborates in terms of utilizing external conditions and exploring internal potential and describes the technologies of unit subsystem commissioning without circulating water pump.
