循环水泵双速改造的节能效果分析

摘要(Abstract):

对某600 MW超临界机组实施循泵双速改造的的效果进行了理论分析与试验验证,发现由于闭式循环水系统的冷却塔静扬程保持不变,所以循泵从高速切换至低速运行后,其出水流量、扬程和功率的变化规律并不完全符合泵转速变化的相似定律。在考虑循泵出水流量减小对凝汽器真空的负面影响因素后,提出了机组在冬季运行工况的循泵优化调整方法。
This article theoretically analyzes and verifies by test the effect of double speed transformation of the circulating pump of 600 MW supercritical units.It is discovered that when the circulating pump is switched from high speed to low speed,the change rule of outlet flow,range of lift and power of the circulating pump is not in full compliance with similarity rule of its rotation speed change due to the unchanged net lift of the cooling tower of closed cooling water system.In consideration of negative impact of reduced outlet flow of the circulating pump on condenser vacuum,the paper proposes an optimization and adjustment method for operating condition of units in winter.
