摘要(Abstract)：

结合嘉兴电网变电站程序化操作的开展情况,着重分析了程序化操作实施过程遇到的有关技术和管理方面的问题,提出旨在规范程序化操作的技术和管理的相关建议,以便提高应用水平,促进程序化操作的推广应用。
Based on the application of sequential operation of substations in Jiaxing power grid,this paper analyzes the technical and management problems during the implementation,puts forward the proposals of technology and management aiming to standardize the sequential operation in order to improve the application and promote the development.
