摘要(Abstract)：

简述开展IEC 61850数字式继电保护测试仪检测工作的必要性,提出检测内容与项目、检测平台、检测工具、检测依据,并对测试仪的整体技术水平进行分析,指出部分厂家产品存在的对IEC61850基本数据类型支持不够全面、SCL文件的导入功能不够完善等技术问题。结合数字化变电站技术的发展情况,为提高数字式继电保护测试仪的技术水平提出了若干建议。
This paper introduces the necessity to test IEC 61850 digital relay protection testers and the content,items,platform,tools,criteria for testing.The overall technical level of testers is analyzed,and the technical problems in the products made by part of the manufacturers are presented such as testers are unavailable for supporting all the basic data types of IEC 61850 and the function of importing SCL files has yet to be improved.According to the development of digital substation technology,some suggestions on the technical improvement of digital relay protection testers are put forward.
