摘要(Abstract):
锅炉受热面风险维修技术是一项新兴技术,根据评价后的风险级别来优化维修策略。其中锅炉受热面半定量方法尤其适合电厂检修人员使用。该技术已成功应用于某电厂超临界机组受热面检修工作,并取得良好的效果。
Risk-based maintenance technology for boiler heating surface is a new emerging technology that evaluates the risk rank and optimizes the maintenance strategy.The semi-quantitative risk-based maintenance for boiler heating surface is fit for maintainer in power plant especially.The technology has been applied on boiler heating surface of a 600 MW super-critical unit successfully and obtained good results.
