600MW亚临界汽轮机配汽函数的优化实践

摘要(Abstract):

某600 MW亚临界汽轮机运行时出现负荷波动、汽门晃动,配汽方式切换时出现参数波动大等不稳定现象,不利于机组的安全运行。分析认为,造成上述现象的主要原因是配汽函数与汽轮机流量特性不符。在充分掌握其配汽函数构成的基础上,对该汽轮机进行流量特性试验后,根据试验结果对其配汽函数进行了优化。优化后的运行情况表明,该汽轮机运行时的不稳定现象基本消失,配汽函数优化工作卓有成效。
Load fluctuating,valve shaking occur when a 600 MW subcritical turbine is in operation.And the unstable parameters fluctuation appears in valve management mode switching,the main reason is identified through the analysis as the valve management function not matching the steam turbine flow characteristic.After analyzing the valve management function composition,the test for steam turbine flow characteristic is performed,and the valve management function is optimized.The results show that the instability disappears when the turbine is running and it achieves effective function optimization result.
