摘要(Abstract)：
在现有电能量采集系统的基础上,根据应用需求,提出了继续开发费率电量实时采集功能的方案,并应用于实践,系统新功能运行平稳,使用效果良好,具有一定的推广价值。
Based on the current electric energy collection system,this paper proposes to develop real-time collection function for fee rate electrical quantity according to application requirements.The application result indicates that the system with the new functions operates stably with desirable effects and it is of value for promotion.
