基于智能用户评估的用电优化辅助决策系统Decision Support System for Power Consumption Optimization based on Intelligent Assessing Model

摘要(Abstract):
结合供电公司营销及负控系统中的用电客户基本数据,建立了基于多维度信息的智能评估模型,分析用户的优化潜力,在此基础上,集成用电分析方法,建立了基于智能用户评估的用电优化辅助决策系统,实现了客户优化用电服务的自动化,辅助供电公司制定更科学的优化用电建议。实际应用效果表明,该系统能有效提高优化用电业务的效率,同时也能带来可观的经济效益。
In combination with basic data of electricity consumers in marketing and load-control systems in power supply companies,the intelligent assessing model based on multi-dimensional information is established to analyze optimization potentials of consumers,on the basis of which decision support system for power consumption optimization based on intelligent assessing model is built,which implements automation of optimizing power consumption services and helps power supply companies make out scientific power consumption optimization.The practical application shows that the system can effectively improve power consumption optimization and bring considerable economic benefit.
