国产600MW超临界直流锅炉给水凝结水自动加氧处理技术的应用

摘要(Abstract):

以某发电厂1号机组为例,介绍国产超临界机组给水凝结水自动加氧处理技术的应用,阐述加氧装置自动改造的原因和必要性,以及加氧装置改造的过程、相关试验和改造后的运行效果评价。给水加氧成功改造后实现了加氧流量的自动控制,使给水凝结水溶解氧的含量可以维持在40~100μg/L,氧气消耗量比手动加氧运行方式下降50.0%,同时使给水自动加氧运行方式下的汽水品质更为优良、稳定,提高了加氧运行控制水平和机组运行的可靠性。
Taking a Unit 1 in a power plant for example,this paper particularly introduces the application of feed water oxygenated treatment on the 600 MW supercritical once-through boiler,explains the reason and necessity of automatic remolding of the oxygenated facilities,describes the remolding procedure and experiments and provides the assessment of the after-molding operation.The success of the remolding achieves the effective and automatic controlling of the oxygenated flow.Thus,the ratio of dissolved-oxygen in the feed water could keep at the level of 40~100 μg/L;the oxygen consumption decreases by 50.0%,compared with the manually-oxygenated operation.Meanwhile,with the technology of oxygenation,the quality of water could be higher and more stable,which consequently realizes better controlling of the oxygenating-operation and higher stability of the unit.
