摘要(Abstract)：

对国内外500 kV变电所值班模式进行分析比较,提出当前500 kV变电所实行无人值班的要点在于设备技术水平的提高、监控中心的建设和包括人员力量重组在内的运行管理体制转变上。
The paper compares the status of 500 kV substations in China with abroad,puts forward the main points of realizing unattended operation of 500 kV substation: improvement of equipment technical level,construction of monitoring center,and transformation of operation and management system including personal strength reorganization.
