智能电能表印刷电路板一致性检测系统的开发

摘要(Abstract):

基于计算机视觉技术、自动控制技术,设计了智能电能表PCB(印刷电路板)一致性检测系统,用于替代人工检测模式。五轴联动控制子系统实现PCB的五轴运动,使系统不仅可以进行平面扫描,还可以实现侧面甚至多角度扫描,基于分级模板匹配的PCB检测算法用于实现快速可靠的图像识别和匹配,这一检测系统已成功应用于PCB检测工作中。
On the basis of computer vision technology and automatic control technology,a consistency inspection system for PCB(printed circuit board) of smart electricity meter is designed to replace currently used manual inspection.The five-axis linkage control subsystem aims to achieve five-axis movement,which enables horizontal scanning,side scanning and even multi-angle scanning.The consistency inspection algorithm for PCB based on classified template matching is used for fast and reliable image recognition and matching.The inspection devices have been successfully applied in PCB inspection work.
