摘要(Abstract)：
对一起石化企业全厂停电事故进行分析并提出了反事故措施,说明提高客户自身的电气设备运行管理水平、加强供用电双方的配合和沟通对高危客户的安全可靠供用电至关重要。
Through the analysis on a blackout accident that occurred in a petrochemical enterprise,this paper proposes the anti-accident measures and indicates that it is significant for the safety and reliability of electric power supply and utilization of high-risk power consumers to strengthen the management capability of power consumers for electrical equipment operation and enhance the communication and cooperation between power suppliers and consumers.
