摘要(Abstract):

对采用给水加氧处理方式的600 MW超临界直流机组的停(备)用保护方法进行了对比优化,通过实施"氨水碱化烘干+负压抽真空"保护方法,利用现有设备,不需额外投资,操作简单、安全可靠,防锈蚀效果好、机组启动时间短、启动用水量少,取得了良好的效果。
The shutdown(reserve) protection techniques for the 600 MW supercritical once-through unit with oxygenated feedwater treatment are compared and optimized.The method of liquid ammonia alkalization drying + negative pressure vacuum pumping is adopted,in which the existing equipments are used without extra investment.It is also featured by easy operation,safety and reliability,good rust-proof effect,short startup time and less startup water consumption and achieves good effect.
