摘要(Abstract):
通过一起发电机定子铁芯严重锈蚀的原因分析和处理,介绍了干冰清洗技术的原理、特点及选择干冰清洗修复该发电机的原因。采用干冰清洗可以清除发电机定子铁芯上的锈迹,不会对铁芯造成新的伤害,解决了定子铁芯锈蚀的问题,证明干冰清洗技术可以用于清洗大型发电机。
This paper describes causes,removing of iron core corrosion of generator No.2 in a power plant and the effectiveness and it introduces principle,characteristics of carbon dioxide ice cleaning and the reason why it is used for generator restoration.Carbon dioxide ice cleaning can remove corrosion on iron core corrosion and do no harm to the iron core,which solves the corrosion of iron core and proves that carbon dioxide cleaning can be used on large generators.
