摘要(Abstract)：

法国阿尔斯通公司生产的FX22是500 kV SF6液压机构断路器,存在着液压机构的一些通病。通过对FX22运行以来出现的液压机构缺陷尤其是油泵频繁启动的原因进行分析,提出查找液压机构隐患和处理油泵频繁启动缺陷的技术措施,可供相关人员参考。
FX22 is a 500 kV SF6 hydraulic mechanism breaker,which is manufactured by French Alstom,and has some common problems of hydraulic mechanisms.Through the cause analysis of the mechanism faults which occurred since the operation of FX22,especially frequent startups of the oil pump,this paper proposes the technical measures of identifying the hidden trouble of the mechanism and dealing with the frequent startup fault of oil pump and can serve as a reference for the people concerned.
