摘要(Abstract)：
电压稳定在线监控软件实现了广域测量系统的基本功能,如数据显示、远方控制、数据库、事件记录等。在此基础上又利用Matcom软件将MATLAB强大的矩阵运算功能应用于VC中实现电压稳定指标的计算,实现对电网电压稳定性的监控。
The online voltage stability monitoring software achieves the basic functions of wide area measurement system,such as data display,remote control,database,event log etc.On that basis,the Matcom software is used to apply the powerful matrix calculation function of MATLAB to the VC to achieve voltage stability index calculation in order to perform the power grid voltage stability monitoring.
