摘要(Abstract):

对灵活接地方式实际运行过程中控制回路故障、高阻接地、间歇性接地等问题进行分析,提出解决方案,从而提高灵活接地方式的运行安全性与可靠性。
Through the analysis on the control circuit faults,high resistance grounding and intermittent grounding problems in the actual flexible grounding operation,the solutions are proposed in order to increase the operation safety and reliability in the flexible grounding mode.
