摘要(Abstract)：

针对发电厂风机常见的振动故障,分析不同原因引起的风机振动故障特征。以不平衡故障、松动故障、轴承异常故障以及风机叶片积灰故障的处理实例,给出了上述振动故障的处理措施,以消除故障保证风机尽快投入生产运行。
Aiming at common vibration faults of blower fan in power plant,the paper analyzes characteristics of vibration faults of blower fan due to different reasons.By taking treatment on unbalance,loosening,abnormal bearing and soot deposit on blades as examples,the paper proposes measures to cope with above faults so that the blower fan can be put into operation as soon as possible.
