摘要(Abstract):

从发电厂热控技术的发展趋势看,今后新建及改造的大型机组都将会大规模地采用DCS结合现场总线设备的控制模式。这种控制模式在宁海发电厂1 000 MW机组脱硫系统中的应用在国内属于新的尝试。重点介绍这种控制模式优缺点,现场总线仪表的选择、设备的导购、电缆的敷设等应用环节,可为其它发电厂应用现场总线控制系统提供借鉴。
Given the trend of thermal control technology development in power plants,the control mode of distributed control system(DCS) and fieldbus devices will be widely used for newly built and modified large-scale units.This mode was adopted for the first time in China when it was used in the desulphurization system for 1 000 MW units in Ninghai Power Plant.This paper elaborates its advantages and disadvantages and the application links of fieldbus meter selection,equipment purchase,cable layout etc.and can serve as a reference for fieldbus control system application in other power plants.
