摘要(Abstract)：

根据衢州电力局仓储管理的现状和问题,分析了影响仓储内部管理效率的主要因素,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过寻求库存控制最优和合理的仓储布局设置,实现资源的合理配置,提升仓储管理效率,推进物流服务体系建设,提高物资集约化管理水平。
In accordance to status quo and problems in storage management of Quzhou Electric Power Bureau, the paper analyzes major factors influencing inner management efficiency of storage and proposes relevant improvement.By pursuit of optimal storage control and reasonable storage layout setting,the resources are advisablely allocated,storage management efficiency improved,system construction of logistics service promoted and management skill of mateial intensification improved.
