600MW超临界机组低加疏水不畅的分析和处理

摘要(Abstract):

浙能乐清发电厂1,2号机组是国产600 MW超临界机组,自投产以来,6,7号低加一直存在疏水不畅问题。通过水力计算和分析,找出了问题的主要原因是管道始端与终端间的负高差太大,据此提出了切实可行的处理方案,使问题得以解决。
Units 1 and 2 in Zheneng Yueqing Power Plant are 600 MW homemade supercritical ones.Since being put into operation,low pressure heaters No.6 and No.7 have been inferior in drainage.Through hydraulic calculation and analysis,it is found that the large negative elevation difference between two terminals of the pipe is the major cause;feasible solutions are presented to cope with the problem.
