摘要(Abstract):

近年来国内风力发电机组的建设发展迅速,风电场建设规模也不断扩大。某海边大型风力发电场基础环安装前,因搁置基础钢筋二次浇注方式存在结合面,可能受到海水腐蚀的不利影响,通过实地勘察研究,增加基础环专用支撑架设计,改基础环基础二次浇注为一次浇注成型,通过81台750kW机组的施工应用,各项技术质量指标完全符合要求。
In recent years, construction of wind turbine generator system(WTGS) has been developed rapidly in China, and wind farms have also been expanded constantly. Before installation of foundation ring, steel reinforce for foundation ring was eroded by seawater in one large coastal wind farm. After increasing supporting rack of foundation ring and replacing double moulding with single, the problem has been solved. The technique has been applied in 81 units of 750 kW successfully.
