火电厂大气污染物排放标准、现状及减排技术

摘要(Abstract):

国家环境保护部近日公布了《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011),新标准中各指标要求之严,引起了有关各方的高度关注和重视。通过对我国新、老标准的比较,分析了浙江省内火电厂大气污染物排放及控制现状,提出了烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物和汞等主要大气污染物的控制措施和减排技术。
The high requirements of indexes in Emission Standards of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants(GB 13223-2011),which was issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection of China recently,raise public concern and are attached great importance.By comparison of the old and new national standards,this paper analyzes the current emission and control situation of air pollutants in thermal power plants in Zhejiang province and proposes the control measures and emission reduction technology of the major air pollutants such as smoke and dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and mercury.
