摘要(Abstract)：
为满足配网管理人员快速掌握中压配网负荷分布的要求,应用PI数据库提供的API函数库,进行PI客户端软件的二次开发,实现对中压配网10kV线路负荷的快速、准确、深入分析。
According to load distributing require of primary distribution network,client software of PI database applying the API function is secondly developed.So 10 kV load of primary distribution network can be analyzed fleetly,well and truly.
