摘要(Abstract):

建立基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台的并网光伏发电仿真模型,根据杭州能源与环境产业园并网光伏发电站实际运行中测得的运行数据,对并网光伏电站接入配电网的稳态电压分布、频率波动以及光伏电站的谐波和故障特性进行研究。全面评估光伏电站接入公共电网的安全性、可靠性,为光伏电站接入电网技术规定提供实际数据和理论支撑。
This paper presents the simulation model of grid-connected photovoltaic power system,studies the steady-state voltage distribution of the distribution feeder,the frequency fluctuation as well as its harmonic and fault characteristics according to the actual operation data of the grid-connected photovoltaic power station in Hangzhou Energy and Environment Industrial Park,comprehensively assesses the safety and reliability of the photovoltaic power stations connected with public power grid and provides the actual data and theoretical support for the technical requirements for photovoltaic power stations to connect with the grid.
