基于互联DTS的三级联合反事故演习系统的实现

摘要(Abstract):

各级调度中心的联合反事故演习是互联电网调度运行的现实需求。介绍浙江电网省、地、县三级互联的调度员培训仿真器(DTS)系统的主要功能及技术指标,重点阐述了互联DTS的建模,省地数据交互的模式、方法和内容,最后例举了系统在浙江电网迎峰度夏反事故演习中的成功应用。
United anti-accident exercise for the power dispatching and communication center of different level is the practical demand of interconnected power grid. This paper proposed a provincial-district-country three level power dispatching and communication center interconnected dispatcher training simulator(DTS). It made emphases on the modeling of interconnected DTS,the mode of data interaction between the provincial and district dispatching center,and its methods and contents. The main functions and technical specification of the DTS system were also introduced. Finally,this paper gave an example of the successful application in 2009 Zhejiang power system meeting summer peaks anti-accident exercise.
