联合循环机组高中压缸汽封磨损故障诊断

摘要(Abstract):

镇海电厂11号联合循环机组高中压缸在调试阶段曾多次出现碰摩,在碰摩故障分析和处理过程中,发现该机组高压缸效率比同类型机组偏低,因而判断早期的碰摩已使得高压缸汽封出现磨损。机组检修发现高压缸隔板汽封损坏,机组发生严重碰摩的主要原因是K值定位错误。
The rubbing of high and intermediate pressure cylinders of No.11 combined cycle unit occurrs many times during commissioning in Zhenhai Power Plant.The analysis and treatment of the fault are carried out and it is found that the efficiency of the high pressure cylinder of the unit is lower than other units of the same kind.Therefore it is concluded that the early rubbing leads to the abrasion of the gland seal of the cylinder.The damage of the diaphram gland seal of the high pressure cylinder is found during unit maintenance.The main reason of the severe rubbing is the positioning error of K value.
