摘要(Abstract)：

为进一步加强变电安全运行管理,防止误操作事故的发生,对紧急解锁钥匙程序做了改进,研制了一套以解锁钥匙管理主机和智能解锁钥匙为核心,具备完整的一对一解锁功能,同时具有对万能解锁钥匙管理功能的防误装置解锁钥匙智能管理系统,此系统已在绍兴电网变电站得到广泛应用。
In order to enhance the safe operation and management of power transformation and prevent misoperation,the emergency unlocking key program is improved and an intelligent management system of unlocking key for anti-misoperation devices is developed based on the unlocking key management main frame and intelligent unlocking keys,which has the function of complete one-to-one unlocking and manages the all-purpose unlocking key.The system is widely applied at the substations in Shaoxing grid.
