摘要(Abstract):
介绍了电网调度对机组一次调频功能的考核方法,以此明确了机组一次调频功能的性能目标。叙述了目前国内火电机组一次调频功能的实现方式,并分析了影响机组一次调频性能的主要因素,包括自动发电控制(AGC)指令与一次调频动作反向、汽机转速的测量精度、调频死区和不等率参数的设置、汽机调门特性、一次调频功能的逻辑实现过程、机组与调度数据通讯等。在此基础上提出了相应的优化方法,以有效改善机组一次调频性能。
This paper introduces the performance evaluation method of primary frequency modulation of units by power grid dispatcher and specifies the performance target.It also describes the method to realize primary frequency modulation function for the current domestic thermal power units and analyzes the main influencing factors,such as reverse action of Automatic Generation Control(AGC)instruction and primary frequency modulation,measurement accuracy of steam turbine rotation speed,frequency modulation dead band and diversity factor parameters setting,characteristics of steam turbine control valve,logic realization of primary frequency modulation,unit and dispatch data communication etc.The optimization methods are provided to improve the performance of primary frequency modulation.
