摘要(Abstract)：

介绍600MW超临界机组锅炉垂直段水冷壁管内氧化皮的2种处理方法,并进行比较和总结,提出在电厂基建过程中需对设备加强监管及检验力度,避免因设备质量问题造成重大损失。
This paper mainly presents two methods of removing scale adhered to vertical segment of the water-cooling wall tubes in boiler of 600 MW supercritical generating units.Through comparing and summarizting these two methods,it recommends that the inspection and supervision on the equipments should be enhanced in plant's capital construction projects.Meanwhile,great losses caused by poor quality of equipments can be effectively avoided.
