汽轮机主油泵断轴事故原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

通过阐述某天然气热电联产电厂135 MW汽轮机组主油泵的作用与结构,分析在机组带负荷运行期间发生的2次主油泵断轴的过程、现象以及原因,针对主油泵断轴的问题提出解决和防范措施。实践证明所采取的增大泵轴变径处R角、提升主油泵泵轴材质及调整猫爪结构等措施有效,可为解决同类问题提供参考和借鉴。
By expounding the functions and structure of the main oil pump of a 135 MW steam turbine unit in a natural gas cogeneration power plant, the paper describes the process, phenomenon and the cause of the two main oil pump shaft breakages during the on-load operation of the power plant and puts forward the solutions and precautions. It is confirmed that increase the fillet of the variable diameter of the pump shaft, improve the material quality of the pump shaft of the main oil pump and adjust cat paw structure can provide reference for solving the same problems.
