一起机组异常甩负荷事故的分析与处理Analysis and Treatment of an Abnormal Unit Load Shedding Accident

摘要(Abstract):
针对某电站一起发电机异常甩负荷事故,通过对比事故发生前后的数据,对事故中厂用电消失以及最终机组因空冷器冷风温度过高而跳闸的问题进行分析。发现此次事故是由于外部故障导致的无功功率缺额过大,造成厂用电消失;厂用电消失导致机组冷却水中断,加之机组空冷器冷却水管路未全开及冷却设备冷却能力不足,使得机组风洞内温度偏高,致使机组在短时间内因空冷器冷风温度过高而跳闸。最后给出了处置方法及防范措施,可供其他电厂解决此类问题借鉴参考。
Given an abnormal load shedding accident in a power station, the paper analyzes the tripping due to auxiliary power outage and excessive cold air temperature of the air cooler by comparing the data before and after the accident. It is found that the accident is caused by the excessive power shortage caused by external faults, which causes auxiliary power outage; the auxiliary power outage stops the cooling water, which,along with the cooling water pipes that are not fully opened and insufficient cooling capacity of the cooling device, leads to high temperature in the wind tunnel and thereby unit trip in a short time due to the excessive cold air temperature of the air cooler. In the end, the paper presents the treatment and preventive measures,proving a reference for other power plants to handle such faults.
