1000 kV特高压变电站断路器失灵保护配置方案

摘要(Abstract):

特高压变电站1 000 kV和500 kV系统采用典型的3/2接线失灵保护配置方案,分析了1 000kV系统若干特殊二次设备启动失灵的回路设计方案;特高压变电站110 kV系统采用普通出口断路器和专用负荷开关配合布置,110 kV系统根据故障电流大小设置了二级失灵保护,分析了二级失灵保护的启动方式和动作后果;分析了特高压串补旁路断路器配置合闸失灵和分闸失灵保护判据的不合理处,提出改进意见。鉴于特高压线路相连断路器较多,目前相关失灵保护出口方案复杂,提出了一种由线路保护装置完成的"线路失灵保护"新构想。
The typical configuration plan of trip failure protection for 3/2 connection is adopted in 1 000 kV and 500 kV systems in UHV substations.The paper analyzes circuit design plan for special secondary equipment startup failure in 1 000 kV system.The 110 kV system in UHV substation is equipped with ordinary outlet breaker and special load switch;besides,it is equipped with secondary failure protection according to current amplitude.The paper analyzes startup mode and action consequence of the secondary failure protection;moreover,it analyzes the unreasonable criteria for switch-on and switch-off failure protection of UHV series compensation bypass breaker and proposes improvements.In view of the multiple breakers connected to UHV lines and the existing complex failure protection plans,the paper introduces a new idea of "line trip failure protection" accomplished by line protection device.
