图像监控系统在无人值班变电所的应用Application of Remote Video Surveillance Systemin Non-attended Substation

摘要(Abstract)：
针对目前变电所实行无人值班化的运行管理模式 ,详细介绍了远程图像监控系统的设计原则、系统结构、设备选择等应用开发中的问题。运行实践表明远程图像监控系统是无人值班变电所的远方监控的有力工具。它增加了新的遥视功能 ,在变电所的安全运行及防盗、防火等方面起到了非常重要的作用。
This paper deals with the design principle, the system structure and the selection of the equipment for remote video surveillance system with regard to the present operational management mode in non attended substation.The operational aspect of the video surveillance system indicates that it is a powerful tool of the remote monitoring for the non attended substation.It adds a new function of remote viewing,which plays an important role in safe operation and theftproof and fireproof in substation.
