±800kV架空地线断股分析研究Research on Strand Fracture of ±800 kV Overhead Ground Wire

摘要(Abstract):
利用超景深三维显微系统、金相显微及SEM扫描电镜对架空地线断口进行宏观和微观形貌以及金相组织分析,借助X-射线能谱仪对断口表面的成分进行检测。结果表明:断股主要原因是地线受到雷击而产生高温,使绞线外层单丝造成灼伤,加之地线受自身拉应力作用发生断股。通过对±800k V架空地线断股情况进行分析,为设计与生产过程中提高架空地线的机械和抗雷击性能提供参考,保证电网安全。
The macro and micro morphology and metallographic structure of the fracture are analyzed with ultra-depth three-dimensional microscope,metallurgical microscope and scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The constituent of the fracture surface is tested by X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer.The result shows that the ground wire is broken by the high temperature due to lightening strike,which burns the single surface wire of the stranded wire;besides,the tensile stress of the wire is also a reason of fracture.Through analysis on the fracture of the overhead ground wire,the paper provides reference for mechanical property and lightening stroke resistance improvement of the overhead ground wire in the process of its design and manufacture to guarantee the safety of power system.
