摘要(Abstract)：

基于管理学职能理论,对配电网工程管理的流程及架构进行理论剖析,通过控制焦点和控制类型对配电网工程的规划、实施和技经过程进行职能确认,并设计提出了配电网工程网格管理法,以提升配电网工程管理的控制效应。结果表明,该系统的设计与应用,提高了网格管理的信息直传性,保证了组织系统对于整体计划方向的控制。
Based on the management function theory, this paper theoretically analyzes the flow and structure of distribution network project management, and confirms the function of distribution network project planning, implementation and technical and economic process through the control focus and control type. The grid management method of distribution network project is designed to improve the control effect of distribution network project management. The results show that the design and application of the system improves the directness of information transmission of grid management and ensures the control of the overall planning direction of the organization system.
