输电线路交流感应电压消除装置的研制Development of AC Induced Voltage Eliminating Device on Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
由于同塔架设的输电线路感应电压最高可达到几千伏,对线路试验人员和设备的安全构成很大的威胁。基于消弧线圈电感电流补偿电容电流的原理,设计一种电压倒相补偿且便于现场应用的线路交流感应电压消除装置,可抵消或抑制输电线路测试端的交流感应电压,同时装置的引入对线路绝缘定相试验基本无影响,在有较高交流感应电压的状态下仍可进行输电线路绝缘定相测试,并保证试验的安全性和数据的准确性。
The induced voltage of transmission lines on the same tower can be up to several kilovolts, posing danger to line testers and equipment on the lines. Based on the principle that in the arc suppression coil inductive current compensates capacitor current, a AC induced voltage elimination device with phase inverted voltage compensation that is applicable for field application is designed to eliminate or suppress AC induced voltage at test terminal of transmission lines. In the meantime, the introduction of the device has little impact on line insulation phase test; moreover, the device can still be used for insulation phase test on transmission lines with higher AC induced voltage and assure safety of the test and accuracy of the data.
