燃用煤矸石循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硝方案研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过对比低氮燃烧技术、SNCR脱硝技术、SCR脱硝技术以及SCR-SNCR脱硝技术,对燃煤矸石的循环流化床锅炉脱硝方案进行了分析,建议对于只需满足《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》的机组可采用低氮燃烧+SNCR脱硝技术,对于要满足超低排放标准(NOX排放低于50 mg/m3)的机组可采用低氮燃烧+SCR-SNCR混合脱硝技术。
By comparing low-nitrogen combustion technology, SNCR denitration technology, SCR denitration technology and SCR-SNCR denitration technology, the paper analyzes the denitration scheme for coal gangue CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boiler and suggests boilers that only meet the "Emission Standard of Air Pollution for Thermal Power Plants" adopt low-nitrogen combustion plus SNCR denitration technology; for boilers that must meet the ultra-low emission standard(NOXemission lower than 50 mg/m3) can adopt an integrated denitration technology of low-nitrogen combustion plus SCR-SNCR.
