摘要(Abstract)：

输变电项目社会稳定风险因素分析,是针对输变电项目前期、动迁期、施工期以及运行期可能影响社会稳定的因素开展科学系统的预测、分析,从源头上预防、消除可能引发风险的因素,确保项目决策的准确性、科学性、可靠性、可行性和社会稳定性。主要分析了输变电项目中潜在的社会稳定风险点,并提出了相应的防范和化解措施,为推进输变电项目的稳步发展、维护社会稳定和谐提供参考。
Social stability risk factors analysis of power transmission and transformation projects is conducted to scientifically and systematically forecast and analyze factors influencing social stability in early stage, relocation stage, construction stage and operation stage of power transmission and transformation projects, the purposes of which are to fundamentally prevent and eliminate potential risk factors and ensure that decisionmaking is appropriate, scientific, reliable, workable and socially stable. This paper mainly analyzes potential risk points of social stability in power transmission and transformation; besides, it proposes relevant preventive measures and solutions, helping to enhance stable development of power transmission and transformation projects as well as maintain social stability and harmony.
