适用于多电平MMC-SVG的简化SVPWM方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对SVPWM(空间矢量脉宽调制)技术难以应用到多电平MMC(模块化多电平换流器)控制领域的难题,提出了一种适用于任意电平MMC的SVPWM方法。该方法将MMC等效看作N个二极管钳位型三电平换流器的串联,并基于自动控制等效变换原理和载波移相技术,利用单个三电平SVPWM生成模块实现了任意电平MMC的SVPWM。最后,在仿真软件中构建了基于MMC拓扑结构的五电平SVG(静止无功发生器)模型,仿真结果表明该方法简单通用,可以实现任意电平MMC的SVPWM。
SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)is difficult to be applied to MMC(modular multilevel converter)control,the paper proposes an SVPWM applicable to arbitrary MMC. The control method regards MMC as N diode-clamped three-level converters in series,and based on equivalent transformation of automatic control principle and carrier phase shifting technology,it can achieve SVPWM of arbitrary MMCs using single three-level SVPWM generation module. Finally,the model of a five-level SVG(static var generator)based on MMC topology is established in the simulation software. The simulation results show that the method is simple and universal,and can achieve SVPWM of arbitrary MMCs.
