摘要(Abstract):

介绍了典型汽轮机真空系统检漏设备工作原理及其优缺点,简述了检漏人员如何进行热力系统数据分析,明确了重点关注的要素,并介绍如何根据现场实际情况预判凝汽器真空泄漏位置的方法,通过凝汽器真空检漏实际案例,进一步验证了热力系统数据分析与预判凝汽器真空泄漏位置方法的结合应用是有效可行的。
The paper introduces operating principle of typical leakage detection equipment for vacuum system of steam turbine as well as advantages and disadvantages. The paper also describes how detection personnel conduct thermodynamic system data analysis and introduces how to predetermine vacuum leakage location of condenser in accordance to practical situation on site. Through practical vacuum leakage detection case of condenser, it is further demonstrated that the method that combines thermodynamic system data analysis with predetermination of condenser vacuum leakage can be effective and feasible.
