电动汽车直流充电枪电力电缆材料性能测试与评价

摘要(Abstract):

随着新能源电动汽车的大范围推广及产业化应用,电动汽车直流充电枪电力电缆作为电动汽车充电桩的配套产品,对其各种性能的研究具有十分重要的意义。选取TPE(热塑性弹性体)和硅橡胶两种绝缘材料以及TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)、 TPE和硅橡胶三种护套材料进行机械性能的测试分析,并测试了70℃,168 h条件下空气老化前后三种护套的热失重曲线。结果显示,硅橡胶在老化前后性能变化比较明显,硅橡胶的抗氧化性能最好,TPU和TPE的抗撕强度均大于硅橡胶。
With widespread popularization and industrial application of electric vehicles, power cable material of electric vehicle(EV) DC charging gun, as an accessory of EV charging pole, is significant to study EV performances. Mechanical performance on insulation materials like TPE(thermoplastic elastomer) and silicone rubber as well as sleeve materials like TPU(thermoplastic polyurethanes), TPE and silicone rubber are conducted, and thermogravimetric curve of the three sleeves before and after hot-air ageing with the temperature of 70 ℃ and duration of 168 hours. The result shows that there is a significant performance change after ageing of silicone rubber; the silicone rubber is of superior oxidization resistance, and TPU and TPE are superior to silicone rubber in tearing strength.
