摘要(Abstract)：

针对220 kV断路器油泵电动机频繁启动的问题,通过分析微动开关动作与油压升降的关系及油泵启停回路原理,找出了导致问题的原因为微动开关行程过长。根据分析结果调整了相应微动开关的行程,处理后问题得以消除,油泵电动机频繁启动现象再未出现。
The oil pump motor of 220 kV circuit breaker started frequently. By analysis of the relationship between micro switch action and oil pressure change as well as the theory of oil pump startup and shutdown circuit, it is found that the problem is caused by overlong switch limit. According to the analysis, the switch limit is adjusted, by which the problem is eliminated and the frequent start of oil pump motor occurs no more.
