汽轮机高排逆止阀改造与控制优化Renovation and Control Optimization of HP Cylinder Exhaust Non-return Valve of Steam Turbine

摘要(Abstract):
某发电厂高排逆止阀采用单气缸双杠杆重锤式逆止阀,高压缸启动及带小负荷过程中高排逆止阀频繁摆动。通过原因分析,改造了阀门本体,使阀瓣与轴直接连接,取消了空气引导阀等,并优化了相应逻辑,解决了阀门摆动的问题。
A power plant adopts single cylinder double lever and weight type non-return valve as its HP cylinder exhaust non-return valve. During HP cylinder start-up and it is on load, the HP cylinder exhaust non-return valve frequently vibrated. Through cause analysis, the valve body is transformed by direct connection between valve flap and the shaft; besides, the air pilot valve is abolished, and the logic is accordingly optimized to handle the valve vibration.
